The artist studied Fine Arts in Alberta at the Institute of Technology & Art in Calgary, The Banff School of Fine Arts, and The Ontario College of Art in Toronto. She has taught Basic and Advanced Drawing with the Waterloo Region Leisure Arts Program and enjoys teaching courses in drawing, colour and design at her home in Ayr. Trained in architectural design, Anne creates, on request, original paintings of homes. Her chosen media are watercolour, charcoal and pastel.

Anne's paintings are very personal, seeing 'life' in floral and country scenes with humour, depth and delight in everyday beauty. Life is a choice and she chooses to paint it, surrounded by and delighted with the vibrant colours of creation.
