A member of the Waterloo Potters' Workshop
for over 20 years and a graduate
of Fine Art at the University of Guelph,
Janice Ditner has lived in Wilmot Township
for 16 years producing tableware and
sculptures.
Texture and process are important elements in her work. In recent years Janice has added cement, iron and winterstone
to her sculptural work.
Whether she makes tableware or sculptures, Janice endeavors to use the tactile properties of the material to share
the intimacy of touch with the user. From her hands to yours, enjoy.
