Philip and Joan live in an 1837 heritage home on the Nith River in Ayr. In his watercolours, Philip, a graduate of O.C.A.D, reflects an appreciation for the country side of life. His zest for life is clearly evidenced in his joyful use of colour. Joan, a watercolour artist as well, finds beauty in nature. As the flowers bloom, she is busy in the garden capturing their beauty.
